For the safety of your child, Westminster’s Pick-up Policy for children birth through Grade 3 states:

We [Westminster Church] ask that parents/guardians pick up their children within ten minutes following any class or program. Any parents/guardians desiring that their children be released into the care of others must give written authorization. (For 2 and 3 year olds, follow nursery procedures for check in and pick up).

If I am unavailable, I grant permission for my child(ren) (3rd grade and younger) to be picked up at the end of Westminster Church's Sunday school hour each week by the adults and/or siblings (10 years and older) listed below.
